                      silence.

Retreatants who travel by airplane: Retreatants who need the transportation from airport to St. Pau’s Abbey must let us know at least 2 weeks in advance. Please use Newark, NJ airport.

Things to bring: Bible, Comfortable clothes, Silent Alarm, and Personal Toiletries.
